Mr Ng introduced the public relations strategies such as how to preach media.He explained the importance of an attractive \u2018Tagline\u2019 in press release and the function of self-media.He also shared his past experiences regarding crisis management in his organisation with the students of the School of Communication (SCOM). During the Q&amp;A session, Mr Ng answered students\u2019 questions in detail. His sharing enriched SCOM students\u2019 understanding on the impact of media and self-media.
