The Department of Mathematics and Statistics held the fourth day of \u201cSymposia in Data Science\u201d on 29 September 2016. The theme of the day was \u201cStatistical Computing\u201d. The Department invited Mr Alex Chung (Senior Enterprise Solutions Manager, SAS Institute Ltd.) to be the guest speaker of the event. The participants were fascinated to learn how SAS and big data impact our daily life.<\/span><\/p>\n
