Disneyland attaches importance to the precision of word use in conferences, events, interviews and press releases to convey its distinctive image as an icon of dreams and imagination. Ms Wong also shared with the students the importance of being a guest-oriented corporation, crisis-management strategies and the translation-related issues they encountered.
