Educational Trip to Bamboo Nursery in Guangzhou<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mr MartinTam, Chairman of Steering Committee on Campus Expansion led an educational tripto bamboo nurseries in Guangzhou. A total of 20 representatives including PresidentProf Simon Ho, Dr Tom Fong, Associate Vice-President (Student Development andCampus Services), staff from Campus Development and Management Office and<\/span> also<\/span> Communications and Public AffairsOffice<\/span>, together with<\/span><\/span>architectsand designers from Wong & Ouyang,  Kaden and other construction partners<\/span> joined the meaningful trip.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Thedelegation visited Guangzhou Fuyun Bamboo Nursery (<\/span>\u5ee3\u5dde\u5bcc\u97fb\u7af9\u82d7\u5834<\/span>) inZeng Cheng district.  Prof Wong and MrLuo from the bamboo nursery received the delegation and introduced differentkinds of bamboo which <\/span>are used <\/span>for the construction of HSMC<\/span>\u2019s<\/span> green campus. <\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
