{"id":5178,"date":"2014-07-17T10:33:18","date_gmt":"2014-07-17T04:33:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.hsu.edu.hk\/?p=5178"},"modified":"2024-01-16T11:51:25","modified_gmt":"2024-01-16T03:51:25","slug":"714-sao-20140730103611","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hsu.edu.hk\/en\/714-sao-20140730103611\/","title":{"rendered":"YDC E-Challenge 2014: Congratulations to \u201cOnepoint\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"art-article\">\n<p style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong style=\"font-size: 14px;\">17 July 2014<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong style=\"font-size: 14px;\">YDC E-Challenge 2014: Congratulations to \u201cOnepoint\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><BR><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph\">TwoBBA Year 4 students, Tse Chun Yin, Tsang Kei Yin and their team \u2018Onepoint\u2019 haswon three prizes in the YDC E-Challenge 2014, which is a business plancompetition open to all students from local tertiary institutes, with 125participating teams this year:<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph\">1)YDC E-Challenge 2014 \u2013 1st Runner-up<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph\">2)HKSTPC Technopreneur Award \u2013 Silver Award<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph\">3)Best Visual Presentation Award \u2013 Champion<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph\">Therewill be a showcase held in InnoCarnival (under Innovation and TechnologyCommission) in November 2014.&nbsp; The teamwill be invited to present their business plan and well-developed apps to thepublic in Science Park.<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph\">Theteam has received the most number of awards in the competition.&nbsp; Their effort and active participation in thecompetition are highly appreciated.
