Grand Opening Ceremony of Junzi Corporation Survey 2013 in HSMC<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Opening Ceremony of the 3rd Junzi Corporation Survey 2013 was successfully held on 10th June. Representatives of the last year’s awardees were invited as guest speakers and more than eighty students were inaugurated as surveyors of the project under the witness of all the guests. The 3rd Junzi Corporation Survey 2013, which will be conducted from mid-June to August, consists of three stages. With rigorous statistical analysis, the survey will reflect perceptions of Hong Kong public on corporate’s social responsibilities.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“With the highest number of joint parties, the 3rd Junzi Corporation Survey has already been a grand occasion for the whole collegel; both the professors and the students have paid great effort promoting the concept of Junzi Corporation,” said Acting President Professor Fong.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The concept of “Junzi Corporation” originates from Professor Alan Tse, Professor of at the Department of Marketing, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He mentioned in his speech that corporate social responsibility has become increasingly important and it is essential asset of corporations. Hence he proposed the concept of “Junzi Corporation” and hoped that it will be conveyed to the public through the Survey.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Junzi Corporation Survey 2012 awardees, Dr. Amen Ng, RTHK’s Corporate Communications and Standards Controller, and Mr. Emmanuel Vivant, HK Tramways Ltd's General Manager, gave speeches at the ceremony to share their experience running a Junzi Corporation.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The oath taking of this year’s surveyors to carry on their conscientious attitude at the end of the ceremony indicated the start of the 3rd Junzi Corporation Survey. It is hoped to popularize the Junzi Concept.<\/p>\n
