With many years of experience in starting up business and corporate governance, Ms. Ho has explained to BJC students the importance of effective communication. She emphasized that the principle of effective communication should be \u201cethic\u201d rather than \u201ctechnique\u201d. With sincerity, she managed to establish good relationships with colleagues and customers of different cultural backgrounds so as to face challenges together. Ms. Ho believes that effective communication can be achieved by treating others with a sincere heart and not putting priority on self interest.
