The workshops aimed to keep the artistic vibes going in the HSUHK community.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The two sessions of \u2018Art of Chinese Tea Workshop\u2019 were held on 24 November and 8 December 2020 respectively. Participating students and staff were introduced to the fundamentals of Chinese tea, including types of tea, choices of teaware, brewing methods, and how to appreciate the different aromas and flavours of teas. Ms S M Szeto, Instructor of Chinese Tea Mastery, was invited to conduct the workshop on campus. The second session was changed to online mode due to the changing pandemic situation. Nevertheless, everyone enjoyed getting a taste of the art of Chinese tea on-site and online.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The \u2018Japanese Pressed Flower Art Workshop\u2019 was held online on 10 March 2021 with Dr Serina Ha, Japanese Botanic Artist, as the instructor. Participants learned about the history of Japanese pressed flower art in the workshop, and then designed and made their own pieces of craft with the pre-disseminated material packs under the instant guidance of the instructor.
