Just knowing such technical terms as prospectus, position statement, and income statement in Chinese won\u2019t suffice, financial translators should be subject matter experts. In Hong Kong, an international financial centre, having a good command of Chinese and English as well as being equipped with economic and financial knowledge certainly makes you more competitive in the job market.
