The seminars \u2018Outcome-based Teaching and Learning (OBTL) and Criterion-Referenced Assessment\u2019, \u2018Online Teaching and Learning with Emerging Technologies\u2019 and \u2018Learning Programme Accreditation and Quality Assurance\u2019 were held on the second day. Dozens of existing colleagues joined our new academic staff to attend the sessions, which were conducted online for the first time to safeguard the health of the University community during the COVID-19 pandemic. The sessions were well received with positive feedback. Participants found the induction programme informative and inspiring, help them gain a better understanding of teaching and learning at HSUHK.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Receiving overwhelming responses, the webinar of \u2018Shine a Spotlight on Students (\u2026Subtly): Practices to Keep Your Students ON-line\u2019 was held on 9 September 2020 following the series to give more tips to academic staff on online teaching. More events may follow to welcome our new teachers.<\/p><p><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-31e2fea elementor-widget
