Arts at HSMC<\/em> proudly presents South Country in Days of Yore\u2014Paintings and Calligraphy by Zhang Xiaoyou<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0 The exhibition is sponsored by the HSMC Sin Wai Kin Chinese Culture Promotion Scheme and is curated and organised in association with B Action Company Limited. You are cordially invited to attend the opening ceremony and seminar<\/strong> on 11 October 2018 (Thursday). Professor Zhang will give a talk on \u201cRuler Painting: The Culture and Continuity of Ancient Painting Genres\u201d followed by his calligraphy demonstration.<\/p>\n

About the Exhibition<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe exhibition showcases 39 art pieces by Professor Zhang Xiaoyou, including his ruler paintings, freehand paintings, Dunhuang paintings and calligraphy. A virtual reality (VR) setup featuring the masterpiece South Country in Days of Yore<\/em> will be there to bring to viewers an immersive experience.
