The team members are Lam Yik, Shum Ka Ngai, Tsang King Man, Tsoi Hiu Fai and Wan Hok Chung. Theme of their winning entry is illegal food outlets at Kwai Chung Plaza, which pose threats to food safety, fire risk and hygiene problem.
