The Centre for Teaching and Learning and the Staff Development Committee jointly organised the third seminar in the \u201cHSMC Teaching Excellence Awards Sharing Seminar 2017\/18\u201d series on 28 May 2018.<\/p>\n

The third sharing seminar was delivered by Dr Eden Chow, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Accountancy, and Ms Betty Poon, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Economics and Finance, two HSMC Teaching Excellence Award recipients, with the titles \u201cTeaching Pedagogy for Inspiring the Students of the Future\u201d and \u201cFlipping the Classroom for Introductory Economics\u201d respectively. In the seminar, Dr Chow and Ms Poon shared their valuable teaching notions and practices. The talks were instructive and enlightening.<\/p>\n

About 40 participants from different departments and schools attended, raised questions and discussed with the speakers during the Q & A session.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
