24 and 26 April 2018<\/strong><\/p>\n

Arts at HSMC’s last event for the 2nd semester of 2017\/18 was held on 24 and 26 Apr 2018 on G\/F of S H Ho Academic Building.<\/p>\n

Jazz Roaster<\/em> (comprising Barry Lam [double bass player], Mark Leung [guitarist] and Felix Leung [drummer]) featuring Maggie Wong (vocalist) brought all-time favourites Take the A Train, Misty<\/em>, My One and Only Love<\/em>, Anthropology<\/em>, Quiet Nights of Quiet Stars<\/em>, and One Note Samba<\/em>, etc. to two groovy afternoons before the exam period. The musicians injected a new spark of life into the timeless pieces with their improvisations. The audience enjoyed the music as well as Barry’s amusing brief of the style and story of each song.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
