Three BBA (Honours) in Supply Chain Management Year 4 students were awarded in the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) Best Student Awards 2017. At the CIPS Best Student Awards presentation ceremony held on 18 Nov 2017, Ms Tam Wing Yan, Cynthia received a Certificate of Credit; Ms Yip Wing Sze, Jasmine and Mr Chang Yau Shing, Sunny received the Certificate of Appreciation.<\/p>\n

This is the fifteenth year that CIPS implements the \u201cBest Student Award Scheme\u201d in Hong Kong. The awards are given to full-time post-secondary students who are studying sub-degree or degree courses with purchasing and supply chain management as major core competence.<\/p>\n

Same as the previous year, the Department of Supply Chain and Information Management nominated three SCM Year 4 students to the award-selection panel. Nominees were required to submit their resumes and to write an essay about \u201cHow technology is transforming procurement\u201d. They were also required to attend a panel interview through which the assessment panel members discussed with them various aspects of the procurement and supply chain profession.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
