6 September 2017<\/strong><\/p>\n

Executive Development Centre (EDC) of Hang Seng Management College (HSMC) together with International Association of Registered Financial Consultants (IARFC) Hong Kong and Macau Centre signed a Memorandum of Understanding on organizing the \u201cCertificate in Financial Consulting (Executive Program)\u201d in HSMC Campus.<\/p>\n

The Executive Program is designed for financial services practitioners who aim to obtain the globally recognized professional designation, \u201cRegistered Financial Consultant\u201d (RFC) conferred by IARFC. Students, who pass the Executive Program, will at the same time, receive also a \u201cCertificate in Financial Consulting\u201d issued by HSMC-EDC. \u00a0The designation \u201cRFC\u201d sets IARFC members above their peers as qualified and trained professionals who have met the level of competency required by IARFC.<\/p>\n

The Executive Program is delivered by heavyweight trainers, and includes four different subjects: \u00a0\u201cFinance and Investment\u201d by Dr Victor Ng, Adjunct Associate Professor, Department of Economics and Finance and former Senior Vice President and Division Head of Banking Administration of China Construction Bank; \u201cEconomics\u201d by Dr James Cheong, Assistant Professor, Department of Economics and Finance, HSMC and former consultant of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Australia; \u201cLaw and Tax\u201d by Mr Antony Sin, Barrister-at-Law; and \u201cPractical Aspects of Financial Consulting and Case Studies\u201d by Dr Teresa So, Chairman, International Association of Registered Financial Consultants, Hong Kong and Macau.<\/p>\n
