EDC is glad to announce that \u201cLeadership in Action V\u00a0\u2013<\/span>\u00a0Action Leaders\u00a0\u2013<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Align Company Action with Strategic Direction\u201d was successfully held on 18 November 2016. We would like to thank our three Elite Trainers for their sharing and teaching, as well as all guests\u2019 enthusiastic participation.<\/p>\n

Dr Victor Ng, Senior Vice President of a global top 5 bank shared his views on how the 1997 Asian financial crisis could be applied to the current situation, analysing the future market environment together.<\/p>\n

In addition, he also stressed the way of guiding the team to move towards a clearer goal, seeking new opportunities.<\/p>\n

Mr Sunny Cheung, Chief Executive Officer of Octopus Holdings Limited, who has over four decades of banking business experiences, shared how to turn crisis to opportunities. Also, he used his own real experiences to share how successful leaders could face and cope with crisis.<\/p>\n

In addition, they worked together with Dr Shirley Yeung, Assistant Professor and Director of the Centre for Corporate Sustainability Development and Innovation of Hang Seng Management College, sharing on sustainable development and innovation, as well as the ways of equipping oneself, knowing the world\u2019s ecological environment. She shared such principles as existence, belief to implementation, as well as the ways of outpacing others with regard to creating new business opportunities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
