This half-day workshop was organised by the Department of Supply Chain and Information Management (SCM) under a funding research project supported by the Research Grants Council. The project aims to develop a novel methodology for assessing the life-cycle carbon footprints of Hong Kong beverage products along the supply chain.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mp-row-fluid motopress-row mpce-dsbl-margin-left mpce-dsbl-margin-right\">\n<div class=\"mp-span12 motopress-clmn  mpce-dsbl-margin-left mpce-dsbl-margin-right\">\n<div class=\"motopress-code-obj\">\n<p>Ir Dr William Lau, Principal Consultant from Sinfa Consulting Limited and previous Technical Director of Energy &amp; Carbon Services Department from SGS Hong Kong Limited, was invited to speak at the workshop. Workshop participants included members of the project team and students of different grades from the Department of SCM.
