“<\/span>A Maritime and Aviation Logistics Law Workshop I \u2013 How to write a good law case report for business practitioners?<\/span>\u201d<\/span> was held on 8 February 2017 in Hang Seng Management College. It was a two-hour workshop organi<\/span>s<\/span>ed by the Department of Supply Chain and Information Management. The project aims to develop students\u2019 writing skills on law case for practitioners to understand the background, arguments and court judgement of a legal case. A guest speaker, Ms. Gloria Chen, from Latham & Watkins legal consultant, has come and shared the skills and case examples in the workshop. The workshop is supported by the Research Grants Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China (UGC\/IIDS\/B02\/16).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
