It was a half-day workshop organised by the Department of Supply Chain and Information Management from a funding research project supported by the Research Grant Council fund. The project aims to develop a novel methodology for assessing the life-cycle carbon footprints of Hong Kong beverage products along the supply chain. A guest speaker, Mr Harold Hai, from T\u00dcV Rheinland Hong Kong Limited, was invited to the workshop. The participants included members of the project teams from the final year students of Hang Seng Management College, representatives of the pilot companies, and members from Carbon Care Asia (CCA).
