The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Hong Kong (CILTHK) hosted the annual Student Day with a mission to raise young people\u2019s awareness on current issues relating to logistics and transport in Hong Kong.\u00a0 The event also aimed at encouraging young people to develop careers in related industries. \u00a0This year the CILTHK, worked in collaboration with the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, held the annual Student Day on 8 March 2014 at the PolyU Hong Kong Community College.\u00a0 Nine participating teams competed with each other.\u00a0 They were from different universities and community colleges (Hong Kong and Macau).\u00a0 Participants were given real case studies to solve. \u00a0Students had to work against the clock to formulate solutions to topical problems.\u00a0 \u00a0Under the supervision of Dr. Collin Wong, our five-member team of the BBA-SCM programme (Tom Wong, Alex Wong, Alex Cheng, Terence Chau and Louis Man), received the First runner-up in the competition. \u00a0\u00a0Let\u2019s join hands to congratulate them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
