Terms of Reference<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Council shall be subject to the terms of reference as follows:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. To perform as the supreme executive body of the University in managing and administering the University affairs according to the directions set out by the Board of Governors;<\/li>\n
  2. To ensure that the University is managed effectively and that the quality of its work is assured;<\/li>\n
  3. To ensure that the education of the students is pursued in an appropriate manner and leads to the outcomes desired;<\/li>\n
  4. To ensure that the Ordinance under which the University is operating is complied with; and<\/li>\n
  5.
