Terms of Reference<\/strong><\/p>

The Fundraising and Donation Committee shall be subject to the terms of reference as follows:<\/p>

  1. To formulate fundraising strategies for the University and to advise on fundraising plans, campaigns and activities;<\/li>
  2. To solicit donations from individuals, charitable trusts and organisations;<\/li>
  3. To consider policy guidelines and procedures on the solicitation and use of donations as well as the appropriate form of recognition for the donors;<\/li>
  4. To report to the HSUHK Board of Governors on donation matters; and<\/li>
  5. To co-opt additional members to the Committee as necessary.<\/li><\/ol>

    * Honorary Members are not required to attend regular meetings and they have no voting rights.<\/span><\/p>
