Terms of Reference<\/strong><\/p>

The University Advancement and Foundation Committee shall be subject to the terms of reference as follows:<\/p>

  1. to provide strategic advice on fundraising to the University;<\/li>
  2. to raise funds to support the objectives and programmes of the University;<\/li>
  3. to monitor, evaluate and report all fundraising activities undertaken by the University and The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong \u2013 Foundation (HSUHK \u2013 Foundation);<\/li>
  4. to safekeep the external donations to HSUHK through HSUHK \u2013 Foundation accounts;<\/li>
  5. to oversee the use of funds of HSUHK \u2013 Foundation;<\/li>
  6. to maintain an independent income and expenditure statement of the Foundation;<\/li>
  7. to receive the audit report of the Foundation statement; and<\/li>
