Terms of Reference<\/strong><\/p>\n

Without limiting the generality of the powers of the Board of Governors under the Articles of Association, the Board of Governors shall:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. exercise control of the purposes and functions of the University as the supreme governing body;<\/li>\n
  2. set out the overall broad direction and policy of the University for management by the Council;<\/li>\n
  3. make decisions and exercise control regarding approval and allocation of financial resources to the University, acquisition and disposal of the property and capital assets of the University;<\/li>\n
  4. make appointments of key officers of the University as it thinks proper; and<\/li>\n
