Dr Ho received his PhD from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), MPhil in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and MSc in the Management of Manufacture from Coventry University, UK. Dr Ho has served in several departments and units at the PolyU as a teaching and research staff before he joined The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. He has also served as an examination paper setter, invigilator and marker for The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Hong Kong (CILTHK) Professional Qualifying Examination. He is a council member of The Institute for Supply Management Hong Kong (ISM-HK). Prior to starting his academic career, he worked for the merchandising department of William E Connor & Associates Ltd., a global sourcing company with over 1,500 professionals in 35 locations across 20 countries providing services to leading retailers and brands around the world. Dr. Ho’s recent research focuses on global supply chain management and sustainable development. His research papers appear in international journals such as International Journal of Production Research, Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, Sustainability, etc. He is an editorial board member of Journal of Theoretical and Applied Electronic Commerce Research (JTAER). He has also served as a guest editor of the special issue on “Supply Chain Digitalization” in JTAER.
