Dr. Chan received her PhD degree and BA degree (First Class Honours) from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Prior to joining HSUHK, Dr. Chan gained experience in marketing industry and worked as a part-time Lecturer at several well-regarded universities (CityU, HKBU and PolyU) for over 10 years and established a proven track record of teaching excellence at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels covering a broad range of marketing courses.

Her research and teaching interests lie primarily in the fields of consumer behavior, strategic marketing, retail and marketing management, integrated marketing communications and brand management.
