Dr CHANG received his PhD in Political Science from the National Taiwan Normal University. He obtained his first degree in diplomacy at National Chengchi University (Taiwan) and his MAs in mainland China study at Tamkang University (Taiwan) and in International relations at Leeds University.

Dr CHANG has rich working experiences in the areas related to government public relations, media relations and risk management. His current research interests include political communication, social movements, China study, crisis management and negotiation.
