Terms of Reference
- To assist the President to make management and executive decisions on major operational, urgent and/or sensitive matters (not falling under the jurisdiction of other governing bodies);
- To discuss and plan academic and administrative developments;
- To review proposals before they are presented to the Academic Board, Senior Management Committee, Council, Board of Governors and other relevant Board/ Council committees; and
- The Deans will join the P/VPs/Deans Meeting once every month, namely, on the first Wednesday of the month. They can opt to join other meetings as deemed required or appropriate. They are not required to participate in matters relating to TOR 3.
