Module Description
This module introduces the organizational structure and key stakeholders of insurance companies. It describes the roles of several functional units, including but not limited to product distribution, underwriting and claim administration.
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this module, students should be able to:

  2. describe the roles and explain the responsibilities of functional units;
