Module Description
The aim of this module is to provide an opportunity for students who are interested in pursuing independent work on a business topic of their interest. The module allows students to exercise independent thinking and to apply, critique and extend knowledge they have learnt in different classes to a specific business topic. Students undertaking the Senior Year Project will be individually supervised by pertinent academic staff.
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this module, students should be able to:
- Plan and undertake an independent project on a topic in business
- Identify research questions and employ appropriate research methods for investigation
- Select, analyze and synthesize information relevant to the chosen topic
- Present findings of the project in an academic and professional manner
- Critically discuss and reflect upon the strengths and limitations of the study
